Our line of BEAR TRAIL table wines has been extremely popular. There is a Bear Trail Red, a Bear Trail Blush, and a Bear Trail White. We named these wines after our pesky but beautiful resident bear. Since we are truly in a forested mountain area, it's not surprising that we've had recurring visits from a black bear who obviously had our vineyard property as his territory long before we planted our first vines. We've put up fences but they simply got knocked down. Each year our furry friend has come through the vineyard and since we didn't wish to harm him we finally just accepted the situation. The story is on the label, and take a peek at my picture of him enjoying a glass of wine (on our photo page). The wines sell for $8.00/bottle at the farmers markets.

Bear Trail White A delicious white table wine, fruity with just a hint of sweetness. $8.00 (plus tax).
Bear Trail Blush A light dry style blush table wine, goes with everything. Excellent with cheese or cheese based dishes. Choose this wine to go with Italian or Mexican food. $8.00 (plus tax).
Bear Trail Red A light, smooth, Zinfandel based table wine, perfect for every day drinking. $8.00 (plus tax).
Chardonnay Smooth and creamy, perfect for light food and a great drink with friends. $8.00 (plus tax). 2008 Vintage has just been released.French Colombard
The French Colombard has been well received. It is a dry, easy drinking, soft on the palate, fruit forward white wine, perfect with seafood or just to enjoy. Be sure to give it a try! $8.00 (plus tax).
Pinot Gris Crisp and dry, great with meats and fish. Un-oaked so you get the true varietal bouquet. 2008 Vintage has just been released. $8.00(plus tax).
Viognier A Rhone Valley specialty made better in our cool, elevated vineyard. Crisp and dry. Limited production. 2008 Vintage. $8.00 (plus tax).
White Merlot Brought back by popular demand! Our red merlot grapes vinted to a soft, blush wine. Overwhelmingly requested by our customers. $8.00 (plus tax).
White Riesling Vinted dry, not sweet. Goes well with almost any food, a pleasant, slightly aromatic soft smooth white wine. $8.00 (plus tax).
Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Vintage. A hearty blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% late harvest Zinfancel and 10% Syrah. French oak barrel aged. Enjoy with meats or just socializing. $12.00 per bottle (plus tax).
Ruby Cabernet 2007 Vintage. Oak barrel aged, a heavy, hearty red. Drink it now or lay it down for three to five years. $12.00 (plus tax).
Syrah 2007 Vintage. For the red wine lover, a rich & chewy red wine with a full mouth feel. Oak barrel aged. $12.00 (plus tax).
